All tent rentals INCLUDE set up on grass, takedown and removal. Rental equipment may also be picked up by appointment at our warehouse.

Advance reservations are recommended. A reservation/security deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee, or $100, whichever is greater, is required to secure your order and assure the return of rented items. Deposits may be paid by Cash, Check, MasterCard or Visa. See Order Cancellations and Deposit Refunds for important details.

Deposits paid by credit card will incur a 3% charge to cover the bank processing fees.

Please understand that when you book rental equipment with DeLand Rents Tents we are securing your date. If for some reason you would like to cancel your rental with us, we require a 180-day notice. This notice can be either in writing, email or in person. Once inside the 180 days to your rental date your deposit will not be refunded. If it is determined that a refund has been approved due to extenuating circumstances then that refund may be subject to a 50% Administration Fee. There will be a minimum 30-day Processing Period for all approved refunds.

If you are cancelling your rental equipment, but plan on rescheduling it for a later date, or will be booking another equipment rental also at a later date, then we will be happy to apply the original deposited amount to the new event. This is provided that the equipment rental is of equal or greater value than that of the original equipment rental that was booked.

Deposits, less any fees, will be refunded by U.S. mail, or to your credit card account, after all rented equipment is returned in good order AND all payments made by check have cleared the bank (allow 10 working days).

Pick up crews DO NOT make on-site deposit returns.

Equipment may be delivered and set up in advance and picked up after the actual rental date(s). Charges will only be for the rental date(s).

We ask that you have the following items ready on the day of delivery:

• A responsible adult with a valid Florida driver's license to accept the order.
• Any remaining rental or deposit fees that are due. Cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Personal checks require a valid license of the person signing the check.

Note any damage or shortage with our driver at the time of delivery. A charge will be added for all items that are missing, damaged or broken upon pick up.

Deliveries (chairs, tables, etc.) are made to a dock, door or garage that is immediately accessible to a truck. Equipment is to be stacked and ready to pick up in the same place it is delivered
