Event Planning

Over the years our staff has planned hundreds of corporate events, special parties and wedding receptions. Let us do the pre-event planning and layout to assure a smooth running and fun experience.
Our on site consultation service assures that canopies will fit available area and provide a comfortable space for your guests. Advice is also available for the locations of food and beverage service areas, entertainment, decorations, seating plans and special focus areas. Consultations start at $60 for a one-half hour visit and $40 per additional half hour.

Use the occupancy chart provided below OR visit our Floor Plans page to include room for buffet and beverage tables, dance floors, displays, etc. We will then check on the availability of all your needs and promptly contact you with the answers. Getting Ready

The area for tent setups must be a relatively level, flat, open space, slightly larger than the canopy itself and cleared of all lawn furniture and decorations. If you plan on having the grass mowed it is best done 3-4 days before the party. We also suggest treating the area for ants and other insects, especially if you will be putting out food.

Please plan on using string or masking tape to put up decorations. Cellophane and duct tapes leave glue behind that is very difficult for us to clean.
